Hey there folks,
So after much proding by a few people I've relented, and decided to make a Whistle.
Now I figured if I was going to do it I'd go all out, and visit the classic Pea whistle design.
These prototypes are 6061-T6 Aluminum.
They are 1.625 long X 1.000 high, and .625 thick.
I'm still working on the optimum venturi slot placement, and will be looking for a suitable "pea" to add the trill effect.
I believe these will be nice with a type 3 hard anodize in black.
So, what do you think?

The knives are still in the works;)
No kindness her! Just envy, jealousy, respect, wonderment, anticipationand interest!!!! You get to do some great stuff!!!Keep at it!!! :-) Gary OK so maybe envy and jealousy is a bit much!! LOL
These look terrific! And while I'm sure they'll look amazing anodized in black, I'd be perfectly happy with them in just their natural aluminum. Kudos!
Gary..lol, thanks again:)
Daniel,
Thanks for the kudos.
I'll likely leave some unplated, the black hard coat helps minimize dingability;)
Glad you stopped by,
I cant wait to add one of these to my growing Whistle collection Kenny :) I am hoping it will be one the P's of course lol you know how I roll ;)
Your skills in the shop would be hard to match my friend wow!
Wes,
I'm going to have to hire a freight truck to deliver to you...;)

I would love one of these! Preferably in black which would contrast nicely with a bright orange or toxic green lanyard...
BTW, any news on the material of the trill?
Thanks for the kind comments folks,
I'm redesigning these, as the mouth piece needs to drop down into the body radius to achieve a better tone.
They will come to fruition on time, but as of now I'm fully immersed in the knife project.
