Hell all,
I finally have the bulk of the Nebulii finish assembled, I still have a few left to finish up though.
These will be shipped to their new owners in the AM.
To the folks that are getting these, thank you so much for your continued patience.
Appreciatively, Kenn

"Anodized A Few Frames"
Hey Kids,
I broke out the Anodizing rig, and did up a few frames.
The picture could have been better, but I was next to the Kitchen sink with the Fluorescent lighting.
The Ti Mini on the bottom still has water in it from the final rinse, that's why it looks a little funky on the inside.
Making progress, Kenn

"A Few Completed Nebulii"
I made it to the shop yesterday...
Made some good progress, and finished up five of the knives.
The bottom one in the photo is one of the two original prototypes.
Those won't be for sale, as the fit on them is not up to par.
Also, I forgot send the blades to H/T.
Just thought I'd assemble them for posterity.
As for the rest of the batch, I want to re bead blast the frames.
They all have small blems that need attention.
Next weekend I'll get a few more assembled, and anodized up.

"Just Haven't Had The Time"
Hello everyone,
These last few weeks I just haven't been able to get to the knives.
Work has been quite busy, and the plow on my 4 wheeler needed some repairing.
Keep your fingers crossed that I can make progress this weekend.
It's disheartening to be so close, and not to have been able to finish these up by now.
Thanks for staying tuned, Kenn

"Minor Setback On The Knives"
I went to the shop bright, and early this morning to start the final assembly on a few knives. So I got the ball detents in, the phosphor bronze washers, the blade, and the pivot all together. Next I went to put the 1/16 ss dowel in for the lock stop, and I realized I didn't mill the relief in the lock bar deep enough to account for the detent ball. Everything is line on line with no room to actuate the lock bar.
Well no big deal, I just had to set up that opp. again, and re cut the slot several thousandths deeper in all the frames.
That took the whole morning to complete, so I was only able to assemble 2 knives just to be sure all is well now.
We have plans for tomorrow, so if time permits during the week I'll get to a few more. Next Saturday though it will be a production line day
Just thought I'd keep you all up to date, Kenn

Please let me introduce you to "The Nebuli"
Hey all,
Here it is, the first of the twenty knives finally all finish assembled
I have decided to name these "The Nebuli".
It's been a long road, but I'm quite proud of my 1st. attempt at a knife.
Enjoy the pictures,
Kenn

"Finished Ground Blades"
Hey Kids,
Here we have the Blades all finished ground.
Just gonna sit here tonight, and strop them to hair popping sharp.
This Saturday, I'll do the final assembly on a handful.
Thanks for checking in, Kenn

"Something Special"
Happy New Year all,
Well after I did an anodizing job on an Atwood Solar Arc with Moon Glow Scales.
I decided that the Moon Glow material was too cool not to buy some, and try adding it to one of my projects.
So I had a bit of time today, and came up with this for just 4 of the folders. Yes, only 4 for a few folks that have helped me out tremendously.
This is a special treat for them.
So take a look, and let me know what you think.
