Hello,
Sorry for the long lag time between posts, but I've been stacking cord wood all week after work.
I'm a bit wiped out.
Anyway, now for the good news.
I have succeeded in getting the "Pea Whistles to work".
I'll post some pictures of the working model this evening.
Kenn
EDIT: Here are the pictures as promised.
I'm very pleased to have found a solution to the venturi that not only works great, but is aesthetic to the design.

SWEET!!! Kenny :)
Congrats on completing a working model. I can't wait to see some pics.
Thanks Wes,
I'm super happy with the end results.
I really didn't want a huge honking venturi hole like on a coaches type whistle.
It's loud, and has a great trill.
For this one I just cut a piece of .250 diameter Lucite rod about a 1/4" inch long to use as a "Pea"
I'm gonna pick up some Air Soft pellets, and see how well they work for the production run.
Wow Kenny that design came out stellar. Very original my friend. I really like the 3 slots on the top.
Very nice Kenn!!!
Thanks fellas,
I can't wait for the whistles - how many are you planning to do in the first run?
dcaston,
Oh I don't know for sure.
I'll be running them over my upcoming vacation week, so I'll have time to make plenty.
Likely 50 to 60 would be my guess.
