Hey all,
I have for your consideration the 1st. wave of "Pea Whistles".
These are made from 6061-T6 Aluminum, and feature a 6mm Air Soft pellet as the Pea.
The finish is just plain right out of the CNC. I kinda like the machine lines on them myself.
USA price is $45.00.
Also, I have so many folks looking forward to these that I'm going to put a 2 per person limit on them.
These have been a long time coming, and I thank you all for being patient with me.
Please send an Email to jordanmetalart@gmail.com to make a purchase.
Kenn
EDIT: I was able to obtain a sound meter, and these come in at 106.6dB

Thanks folks,
I'm at 8 shipping boxes until Tuesday the soonest.
Kenn these look great, they going to turn my lips grey from the aluminum? Just wondering. Thanks Gary:>)
Gary,
Not unless you fall asleep with it in your mouth....lol
Seriously though, I've been field testing mine for some time now w/ out any black lips.
That is unless my Wife is having a good laugh;)
Thank you all,
Just as soon as the USPS delivers my Box order I'll post up the remainder of the Whistles.
On another note, it's a pleasure to see some new folks placing orders.
Always appreciative,
Your's is most likely a higher grade Al than most Al things that I have so I'm sure no worries, I'll just keep it clean thanks again!!! Gary :>)
Gary,
I believe you're most likely referring to cast aluminum items which do tend to be on the dirty side unless they have been sealed somehow.
Just wanted to say thanks Kenny!
Congrats to all who were lucky to score a whistle.
Wow Kenn! Those are great!
Thanks guys,
I'm really unimpressed w/ USPS on these boxes.
For the last few years I had been hoarding them from the local Post Offices, but I could tell they were getting sick of me asking for them.
This was the first time ordering them from their web site.
I had ordered them on the 9th., and they just showed up today???
I'll know to order way in advance when I get low next time.
Just a thank you to all who have purchased Whistles so far.
I truly appreciate all the support.
Kenn
Got my whistle today, love the look and feel of it! So consider this a wap on the back for a job well done! Thanks Kenn, Gary :>) PS Sorry had to remove my first comment cause of bad spelllingg! hehe!!
Gary,
Thanks for the kudos.
I'm glad you're pleased my friend.
I should have my hands on a DB meter tomorrow, and I'll post the results then.
Enjoy....:)
Kenn,
These are great variation of what initially looks like a traditional design. These are definitely custom made, and great to look at from all angles.
I am impressed with their extremely lightweight to size.
It is great to go back to the machining video, and see these being created.
thank you very much!
John
John,
You are quite welcome.
I'm glad you're enjoying the video.
Several folks have Emailed me regarding it, and I'll try to post more in the future.
Did you notice the edit in the Whistle post?
I got a hold of a sound meter, and the Whistles come in at 106.6 dB.
Kenn,
Great job on the whistles!
Loud. Confirmed with your dB measurement.
I really like the Geodesic Sphere on the "sidebar" pic.
John
Thanks John,
Yup, they're pretty loud...:)
Ah you noticed the Geo Sphere?
That was a by product from a custom shifter knob I had made for my Fathers 30 Ford street Rod. His is solid, but has Copper dots inlaid in all the flats instead of the through holes.
Geo Sphere custom shifter knob with inlaid Copper dots --very nice!
Nice lines on 30 Ford. Original front end and grill?
John
John,
Yeah, the body is all original steel.
No Fiberglass.
I can't recall what the chassis is at the moment though.
