Hello all,
Alas it was a busy week with the day job, so I wasn't able to make much progress on the Nebuli SE's.
Here's the only completed one I have on hand.
0 Standard Plain Model Nebuli SE with hand rubbed Scotch Brite satin finish.
CPM S30-V blade.
.375 thick, 1.000 wide, and 2.500 long closed, and 3.875 opened.
Actual cutting edge is 1.500 in length.
Price is $315.00.
Please note, that I'm not responsible for items once they hit the PO.
Email me at jordanmetalart@gmail.com to make a purchase.
I was able to get a few designs together for some of the "Specials".
The frame on the right in the photo depicts a sampling of what's in store.
Thanks for checking in,
Kenn

!!Sold!!
Well,
I clicked the "Publish Post" tab, and hit the basement to throw a few logs at the wood stove.
Come back, and had several Emails on this one.
I truly appreciate everyone's interest, and promise there's more to come.
Thank you.....
Interesting deign Kenny. Looks as if your venturing into some new areas of design. This is exciting news :)
Wes,
I really like this one.
In keeping with the Nebuli space theme, I may add S.E.T.I. to the name. I think the radial lines mimic radio waves.
Kenn,
I really like the radial lines detail in the frame on the right in the photo.
Great look!
Well done!~
John
Thanks John,
Surprisingly the feature is quite grippy, which is an added bonus.
Kenn,
The curved lines really look great with the curve of the frame design.
Bonus: Increased grip with these added radial line--very nice!
Loving this design evolution!
John
John,
Just wait till you see what's coming next for the Nebuli.
I saw it in a cartoon once, but I'm pretty sure I can pull it off...;)
AAAWWWWW Who wants one of these anyway!?!?!?! HAHAHAHAHAHA OK so a FEW people are interested!!!!!! So a bunch of us are interested in the Butcherettes so don't forget about them OK!!! You are coming up with some interesting variations there Kenn!!! Nice work there as always sir!! Gary :<)
Gary,
I know right? Simply amazing how well received the Nebuli have been.
Thanks for reminding me.
I knew I was forgetting some news.
The Kydex guy just got the 2 Titanium Butcherettes I sent him to start the sheaths. I'm still waiting on my S30-V material to arrive though.
So, in 2-3 weeks we'll be seeing the Ti version 1st.
Titanium Butcherettes!!!!!!!!
That is newsworthy!
Sign me up!
John
Ti Butcherettes? Awesome! Kenn, is there any way to get you to cut a Ti blade for the nebuli?
Its such an amazing design for a little knife. I cant wait to put one in my pocket.
Wow,
I guess I hadn't mentioned there would be Ti Butcherettes prior to now.
I did do 3 of the Nebuli SE's with Titanium blades, and they have all been sold. Sorry you missed em:(
I am also sad I missed a Nebuli SE with Ti blade....
I am not planning to miss Ti Butcherette. Looking forward to wearing/using it during the steamy humid months of summer on the east coast and trips to the beach.
Thank you!
John
Jeez guys,
Sorry for the lack of Ti bladed Nebuli. I really considered it to be a "niche" option with just a few folks having interest in them.
I'll be sure to keep it in mind on future knife designs.
No biggie. I was thinking more along the lines as an aftermarket thing.
To either replace the existing blade or for oner as a spare.
I'd be really into getting one.
Anyway, Im just so happy to actually score one!
/J
While I do machine all the parts to tight tolerances, in the end each blade is "married" to it's frame at final assembly.
